Based in London, Tim Hutchins is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice, where he advises business services and private equity companies on CEO succession and senior executive and board appointments. Tim brings to his client work more than 15 years of experience in search and leadership advisory and more than 25 working in the business services market and for private equity clients.
Deep private equity and business services experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Tim was a partner with a leading London-based executive search and advisory firm, where he led an international business services team focused exclusively on the private equity, infrastructure and distressed debt markets. Tim also served on the firm’s board.
- Previously, Tim was part of the corporate finance team in the private equity and business services practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC), and the corporate business banking team at NatWest Group.
- Tim began his career as a member of the public sector practice at KPMG Management Consulting.
Tim earned an economics degree, with honours, from the University of Greenwich.
