Based in San Francisco, Megan works across geographies to develop relationships with talented finance leaders and deliver impactful outcomes to the organizations in which they work. She cares deeply about the discovery and development of high-potential and underrepresented finance talent.

  • Megan brings nearly a decade of executive search experience, placing senior financial executives in the consumer, financial services and technology sectors. She is focused on recruiting chief financial officers as well as direct reports to the CFO, with particular depth in chief accounting officer, treasurer, FP&A leadership and divisional CFO assignments.
  • Megan has managed individual appointments of finance leaders within listed, private equity- and venture-backed, and privately owned companies, as well as internal candidate assessments, market mapping exercises and team builds.
