A results-driven communications leader
- Erin was most recently the chief communications officer at Vanguard, the world’s second largest asset manager. Erin transformed the corporate communications function, developing a comprehensive communications strategy and defining organizational structure and key priorities.
- Prior to Vanguard, Erin was a managing partner at Gagnier Communications, a fast-growing public relations firm. She helped lead all aspects of the company, including business development, marketing, and client management.
- She previously led communications and marketing functions in the financial services industry at Janus Henderson, and before that Farmers Insurance, The Irvine Company, Trust Company of the West, New Century Financial, and U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray.
- Her earlier career experience included marketing, public relations, sales and management positions at Robertson Stephens, Bank of America, and Nordstrom.
Erin received her B.A. in business management at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
