Ana d’Anglade is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Consumer, Digital, Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods and Hospitality & Leisure practices. She also leads the Marketing Officer Practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Consumer industry and marketing executive
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ana spent more than two decades with Procter & Gamble, where she gained broad experience in marketing, finance and multifunctional team leadership, both locally and regionally, and including eight years of executive committee experience.
- Ana was the managing director of the beauty and grooming division in Iberia with a turnover of €500 million, and most recently, the marketing director for Procter & Gamble Iberia, where she was responsible for developing marketing plans for a total business of more than €1.2 billion, spanning categories including beauty, grooming, household care, family care and pharmaceutical.
- Earlier in her career with Procter & Gamble, she served as associate director of finance of Iberia, where she advised on strategic business opportunities and investments to support top-line growth and deliver projected profits.
Ana has lived in the U.S., Belgium and Spain, and has received an M.B.A. from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a B.B.A. from University of Maryland (European Division Brussels). In addition to her native Spanish, she speaks fluent English and conversational French and Italian.
