Based in London, Will House leads the Consumer Practice in the UK and the Hospitality & Leisure Practice globally. He is also a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Sports Business practices. His client work includes a wide range of board and CEO appointments in both listed and private companies.
Professional experience
- Before joining the firm, Will was a partner at a leading UK executive search boutique firm, where he focused on the appointments of board-level executives across a range of industries, including consumer, retail, leisure, industrial and business services.
- Prior to entering executive search, Will worked for Long Reach International, a specialist provider of insurance, risk management and financing to sports clubs, organisations and events.
- Before this, Will spent five years playing cricket professionally for Kent CCC and Sussex CCC. He won three cricket blues and a football blue at Cambridge University.
Will graduated with a first in history from Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.
