Taylor Gregson is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services, where he specialises in organisational culture and team effectiveness. He works closely with leaders on the development of their people, teams and organisations. His most recent clients have included leading financial, technology and consumer products companies.
Experience in organisational culture and development
- Taylor joined Spencer Stuart as part of the firm’s acquisition of the Reya Group in 2014 and has been involved with the global rollout of the firm’s offering related to the assessment and development of organisations and teams.
- At Reya Group, Taylor focused on organisational design and transformation, advising clients on aligning culture with leadership and strategy. Earlier in his career, Taylor explored the influence that China's evolving socio-cultural environment has on the internal cultural dimensions of organisations.
Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts in Asian studies and Chinese language and civilisation from the University of Colorado. Originally from the Vermont, he spent eight years in China before moving to London in 2008.
