Board Governance Trends was launched in November 2015 to coincide with the 2015 releases of the Spencer Stuart Board Index, a study of composition and board trends among S&P 500 companies now in its 30th year, and the UK Board Index, an extensive review of governance practice in the largest 150 companies in the FTSE rankings. It includes the following elements:
