Seb is also a sought-after author and speaker on agribusiness leadership, with a particular passion for finding the leaders who will help feed the world in the future.
International industry expertise
- At Spencer Stuart, Seb works with public, private equity–owned and family-owned companies on domestic and international search assignments for CEOs, board directors and C-suite leaders, as well as leadership advisory services such as CEO succession.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Seb worked with another European executive search firm recruiting senior international executives in natural resources, supply chain, commodities, financial services and consumer goods.
- Before entering search and leadership advisory, Seb was active in various front-office positions with international trading companies and with Rabobank International. He dealt with a range of product groups such as equity, fixed income and commodities, and served a variety of clients across the world.
Seb graduated from the College of Haarlem with a B.A. in economics, law and management. Based in Chicago, he has also lived and worked in Amsterdam, London and Singapore, and speaks English, Dutch, French and German.
