A member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial and Board practices, Rolf Beckers joined the firm in 2005. An experienced search consultant with a strong client orientation, Rolf has recruited numerous CEOs, general managers, COOs as well as nonexecutive board members. Much of his work goes beyond the national level. Rolf works with a limited number of repeat clients, including family-owned businesses and private equity funds.
Industry and leadership experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rolf spent five years with another leading international search firm, where he conducted assignments for senior leaders in the industry.
- Before that, Rolf was the executive director and CFO at Frankfurt Theatre, one of Germany’s largest theatres.
- Earlier in his career, Rolf was the in-house counsel and head of human resources for a Luxembourg-based private TV network, a subsidiary of CLT Group (today RTL Group).
Rolf studied law and history at the Universities of Heidelberg, Bonn, and Durham, graduating with a doctorate in history. He is an attorney at law. In addition to his native German, Rolf speaks English and French.
