Kieran Duff, a consultant in the Dublin office of Spencer Stuart, focuses on executive search and leadership advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including consumer goods and retail, digital technology, industrial and construction, professional services and private equity.
In addition to leading CEO searches for our clients, Kieran also leads leadership succession projects for chief operating officers, chief sales officers, chief marketing officers and supply chain leaders. He also assists professional services and consulting firms in the appointment of business leaders and partners.

- Kieran has been a member of our Dublin office for over 15 years, joining the MERC Partners team in 2008 as a partner. MERC Partners was acquired by Spencer Stuart in 2019.
- Earlier, Kieran was divisional managing director for a publicly listed business services group.
- Kieran began his consultancy career as a member of Accenture`s business consulting practice in Dublin, where he spent seven years in senior client-service roles.
- He spent the first five years of his managerial career with a global supply chain services business, working with the world`s leading consumer brands and international retail organisations.
Kieran is a graduate of University College Cork and University College Dublin's Smurfit Business School. He also holds an MBA from the Open University Business School and has attended Harvard Business School’s executive education programme. Kieran is a member of the Institute of Directors and a graduate of its Chartered Director Programme, and member of the MBA Association and Marketing Institute of Ireland. He served as a European Council Member of the global Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and has also served as a board member of Enactus, a not-for-profit that promotes social entrepreneurship.
