Jessie Zhang is based in London and is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Professional Services and Financial Services practices. She specializes in senior leadership appointments for consulting and other professional services firms as well as senior finance, strategy and legal leadership roles for asset management, banking and insurance clients globally.

- Jessie brings more than 15 years of global search experience, including more than a decade based in Hong Kong.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jessie was a senior associate with a leading global boutique financial services search firm. She worked in the firm’s London and Hong Kong office and served insurance and asset management clients globally.
- She began her career as a research officer for the China-specific research program of a leading UK foreign policy think tank in London.
Jessie graduated with a B.A. in History from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, and holds a graduate diploma in law from BPP Law School in London. Jessie is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked in Hong Kong, the UK, New Zealand, Australia and China.
