- Since joining Spencer Stuart in 2013, Fred has advised clients across the asset management sector worldwide. He has helped some of the world’s leading firms on complex recruitment and succession needs, including board and CEO succession, as well as senior investment, distribution and functional leaders.
- He has worked a variety of types of firm, including large publicly held multinationals, private partnerships, early stage start-ups, sponsor backed firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and endowments.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Fred worked at one of London’s best known boutique executive search firms specializing in recruiting executives for the asset management industry.
Fred is a graduate of the University of Exeter, where he read philosophy and politics.
