- Claudia’s expertise spans the healthcare industry, including biopharma, medical technologies, life sciences and related areas. She brings insight into the specific demands of large international corporations, mid-sized and family-owned companies, as well as innovative start-up companies and private equity firms. She has extensive experience in recruiting top executives in all relevant functions within the healthcare industry.
- Within the Board and CEO practices, she works on succession planning for individual board members as well as on board evaluation. She is experienced in adjusting boards to the most recent requirements in governance and changing formal requirements.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2007, Claudia was a partner at another leading global executive search firm.
She began her career in discovery research and holds a Ph.D. in biology from the University of Frankfurt and a master’s degree in German literature. She is fluent in English and German.
