With more than 10 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience, he specializes in senior executive and board director recruitment across a diverse group of operators, manufacturers and service providers.
Extensive A&D and T&L industry experience
- His work in aviation and aerospace spans commercial and military operators; aircraft OEMs and component/systems suppliers; repair and overhaul providers; aftermarket parts distributors; aircraft and engine lessors; other related service providers.
- Bailey works with clients across all modes of transportation, serving a broad range of clients in passenger and air freight; trucking and road transport; rail and ocean; third-party logistics; warehouse, distribution, and supply chain services.
- Bailey is experienced in recruiting senior executives for both public and private equity-backed companies. His functional experience includes board directors, CEOs, COOs and general managers, as well as sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, technology and strategy executives.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Bailey served as a financial adviser at Firestone Capital Management. Earlier, he spent six years in institutional equity sales at WR Hambrecht and Dahlman Rose & Co. in New York City.
Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from Columbia University.
