Anne Syrrist manages Spencer Stuart’s Oslo office and is a member of our CEO and Board Practice, with a special emphasis on consumer, retail, industrial and private equity. She specializes in advising boards and CEOs on executive search and top team leadership advisory related to succession planning, mergers, restructurings, turnarounds and reorganizations for growth. Anne has served as a non-executive board director for both listed and non-listed companies during her career.
Broad background in executive search, industry and management consulting
- Anne has over a decade of experience in executive search and leadership advisory.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Anne spent several years working across industries in finance, business development and M&A roles.
- Anne also spent four years within venture capital, leading investments within the technology sector.
- She started her career as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, working across the Nordic offices.
Anne has earned an M.B.A., with an emphasis on financial management, from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU).
