Victor Vignale leads Spencer Stuart’s Lima office and conducts a wide range of searches across industries and functions, with an emphasis on the industrial, energy, technology, media and telecommunications, and financial services industries. Working with clients throughout Peru and Latin America, he brings broad executive search expertise in areas including banking, legal, risk management, strategy, information technology, finance, human resources and marketing. He also has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, where he served in a variety of leadership roles spanning operations, sales and marketing, regulatory and finance.
Wide-ranging search experience with global perspective
- Victor has worked in Peru, Chile, Central America and the U.S. with a broad range of organizational types, from multinationals to startups. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Victor was managing partner and a board member of a local executive search firm, serving an array of multinational companies in the financial services, telecommunications and industrial sectors, among others.
- Before his career in search, Victor was a key account manager with Nokia Siemens Networks, were he developed sales and marketing strategies for the company’s top clients and grew post-sales business by 40 percent.
- In his role as business development manager with IDT Corporation, Victor led the development of its wholesale business in Chile, Peru, Puerto Rico and Central America. He began his career with AT&T in Lima, most recently as interconnections and regional operations manager.
Victor received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma, studied negotiation and marketing at University of California, Los Angeles, and completed the Executive Education Program with Harvard Business School. He speaks fluent Spanish and English and basic German.
