Isabel Jaquotot is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Madrid office. With 20 years of experience working at the national and international level, Isabel focuses on recruiting senior executives in human resources, digital, marketing and sales, and general management, primarily in the fast-moving consumer goods, retail and hospitality and leisure industries. She is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services team, where she advises clients on leadership and talent assessments, succession planning and culture alignment.
Experience in the field
- Isabel joined Spencer Stuart in September 2000 as an associate in the Consumer Practice in Madrid and became a senior associate in 2004. Since 2005, she has served as Head of Research.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Isabel worked for Adecco in several positions. As National Recruitment and Quality Director for almost 10 years, Isabel led a large team across the country and was responsible for defining the company’s recruitment guidelines. She also led several international projects within the firm.
Isabel has lived in France and Spain. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from ICADE, a leading graduate school of management in Madrid and from Neoma Business School in France. and an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Instituto de Empresa. She also graduated from an Executive Programme at IESE. She speaks fluent Spanish, French and English.
