Based in Santiago, Carolina Bernardi brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services. She advises clients on succession planning, leadership consulting, executive assessment and large-scale cultural organization transformations. She has also worked with companies in several industries, in sectors including mining, industrial and financial services.
Extensive recruiting experience across a wide range of industries
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Carolina was a consultant at another international search firm, where she was responsible for business development, client management and project execution. She oversaw the executive search process for myriad industries and positions, in areas including research, candidate assessment and client management.
- Before joining this company, Carolina worked as a security analyst for international bank HSBC, where she developed contingency plans for emergency situations.
- Prior to this position, Carolina was a consultant with the global consulting firm Vantaz Group, where her expertise was processes design and shared services projects.
Carolina received a bachelor’s degree in international business from Universidad ORT in Montevideo, Uruguay, and a master’s degree in business administration from Universidad Católica del Uruguay in Montevideo.
