But what are attributes and experience required to land the top role in Asia? Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, Spencer Stuart consultants identified the five primary career paths to the Asia president role. The insights derived from the research can be used by corporate executives to create a strong succession pipeline for senior Asia roles.
