Dominique is an active member of the global Financial Services Practice where she has executed high-level searches, particularly in asset management, investment banking and consumer finance. She also helps lead the efforts for the Financial Officer Practice in Paris, leading CFO, IR and M&A assignments for large domestic and international groups.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she was a consultant with another international executive search firm in Paris. Previously, she gained considerable expertise in financial markets through positions at banks and brokerage houses. Dominique began her career as an associate treasurer with a French bank.
Dominique has managed the Paris operation of Spencer Stuart between 2002 and 2005. She has been a member of Spencer Stuart’s Partner Nomination Committee as well as in 2011 a member of Spencer Stuart’s Board nomination committee.
A graduate of the Sorbonne University in Paris, Dominique holds a master’s degree in economics and a pre-doctorate degree in banking and finance.
