Robert T. Nowakowski leads Consumer Goods & Services Practice in Eastern Europe (incl. Retail and Hospitality & Leisure) and is a core member of CFO, CMO and HR Practices as well as a member of the firm's Industrial and Supply Chain Practices. His work spans multinational, stock-listed, private equity-backed, state-owned and private companies and covers CEO and senior management positions.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Robert was Human Resources Director for PepsiCo in Central and Eastern Europe. In that role, he was responsible for human resources strategy, staffing and development of executive teams across CEE and succession planning aimed at fuelling the business growth. He also worked on numerous M&A projects in Poland, Ukraine and Russia. Earlier in his career, he managed PepsiCo's greenfield startup in Russia and subsequently held the position of HR director Russia & CIS, leading the exciting people capability and business growth agenda in Russia.
Robert started his professional career in 1993 with another global search firm, where he worked as Research Associate and Information Manager.
Robert is a Polish national and graduated from English Language Department at Lodz University. He speaks Polish, English and Russian.
