Tom Snyder is a member of the Spencer Stuart’s CEO, Board Services and Private Equity practices. Tom has completed over 60 CEO assignments, 50 division president or COO assignments and 80 board assignments. His clients include domestic and international consumer goods and services companies and retailers. Earlier in his search career, he held significant leadership roles with the firm, but today, he concentrates solely on client services. He specializes in the recruitment of CEOs, their direct reports and corporate directors.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart 17 years ago, Tom had 18 years of line experience. He was with ConAgra, where he held the position of president, general manager and assistant to the president and chief operating officer of the ConAgra Refrigerated Products Group. Previously, Tom was senior vice president of Jacobs Suchard and vice president for Nestle Foods. Earlier in his career, he served in various sales and marketing roles with Coca-Cola Foods and Procter & Gamble. He also spent five years working in retail. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
