With more than 12 years of executive search experience, Tarun has led over than 200 search engagements for a diverse industry group that includes companies such as Avery Dennison, Aleris International, Celanese, Dollar General, Honeywell, Juniper Networks, Las Vegas Sands, Lululemon Athletica, Nike, NBC Universal and Univision. Additionally, Tarun manages the firm’s offices in Southern California.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Tarun was a core member of the technology practice with another leading international executive search firm. With over 20 years of business experience, he built the foundation of his career as a successful entrepreneur and draws on this global perspective to help clients strengthen their executive leadership talent. Tarun is a recipient of the firm's Lou Rieger Quality award, which recognizes the quality of work as measured by both clients and colleagues. He has also served as the firm's quality champion and is consistently recognized for the thoroughness of his work.
Born in Bangalore, India, Tarun graduated from the University of Madras with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He also holds an M.B.A. with a major in international business from The Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.
